MICHAEL J. HOWELL
Michael is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Florida Bar. He has been serving Beaufort County residents since 1978. Estate Planning and Probate Law Specialist Certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court. He is also a certified mediator in probate and circuit court matters.
Margaret Howell Up de graff
Margaret is the firm's Vice President, in charge of Probate & Trust Administration and Settlement Division. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Florida Bar, and has been practicing law since 2009.
Mary r. howell
Mary has been with the firm on-and-off again, since 1986. She handles financial record-keeping and auditing duties at the office. Mary and Michael met in 1971 and married in 1974.
melinda k. herman
Melinda is our Estate Planning Paralegal and Billing Clerk. She has been with the firm since 1996. Melinda is also trained in probate trust law matters.

Tonya is our Probate Law and Trust Administration Paralegal. She has been with the firm since 2000. Tonya is also trained in estate planning matters.
